Membership is now Open
Our juvenile section keeps growing and this could not be possible without support from our senior club members and volunteers. A huge thank you to Helen for coaching and organising Sunday mornings and getting blitzes and games for our fabulous kids and teenagers. Also thanks to the other volunteers who help and made it a success. Namely Bronagh, Margie, Mags, Ru, Nici and Sinead. Not to forget the mammies and daddies who support the club and their children along the way.
These kids are the future of our club. They are proving themselves every weekend. We have 3 teams in the Junior section of the Leinster hockey leagues. Hopefully more next season. We also have one women's senior team and one men's senior team.
Our Women’s team is coached by Ian Buckley who has done wonders with his squad. They are doing well in their division. Sitting mid table with 4 wins and 2 draws so far.
Our Men’s team are holding their own with a few wins and draws under their belt. The squad is growing with a few new members and some junior members joining the ranks. They are slotting in well.
We would like to thank our main sponsor Paddy’s Bar for our lovely jerseys for the senior teams. Also to Essentials for our Junior U16 girls jerseys.
Last year we received a sports equipment grant from the Sports Capital Grant. This will help us to get the equipment we need for all our teams and go towards other equipment needed to help develop our pitches and future pitch.
We always welcome new members, old and new, men and women to our great club. Even if you want to join for competitive or social playing.
Membership is open for all members to pay their yearly subs. There are discounts for multiple children and will reflect in the basket. Please click on our Membership tab to register and see fees for the season.
